How do I send an e-gift card?
Open the Gift Cards page, choose an amount from $25 to $500, select "Send as a gift," then enter the recipient’s name, email and an optional personal message. Add it to your bag and check out.
Can I buy one for myself?
Yes. Choose "For myself" and the gift card code is emailed to the address you use at checkout.
What happens after checkout?
Once payment is complete, the recipient receives an email with their unique gift card code, the amount and your message. You also receive your order confirmation.
How do I use my gift card?
Shop the collection, go to checkout, and enter the gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" box. The balance is applied to your order.
What if I don’t spend it all at once?
Any remaining balance stays on the card for your next order.
Do gift cards expire?
Never. Plush gift cards have no expiration date.
Can I use it with WELCOME20?
Yes — you can apply your discount code and pay the remaining total with your gift card.
The recipient didn’t get the email.
